Exchange & Return Policy
At Scarfers, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product you received.
✅ Refunds:
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we will issue a full refund, including shipping fees, if you purchased only one item.
If you purchased multiple items and only one item is damaged, we will refund the amount for the damaged item only (excluding shipping fees).
✅ Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not accept exchanges for other reasons, including change of mind or preference.
